1 - 32 oz. O'Brien's non-shredded hash browns, thawed in refrigerator overnight
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
12 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Pan spray a 9 x 13" casserole dish. Cover bottom with hash browns then cover with mixtures. Cover with cornflakes, drizzle wit another 1/4 c. butter.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes uncovered.
