2 c. diced cooked ham
1 - 15 1/4 oz. can corn
2 c. dutch hash brown potatoes, cooked
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. onion, diced
1/4 c. parsley
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ham, potatoes, corn, and parsley. Saute' onion in butter, stir in flour gradually add milk and pepper. Bring to boil. Cook and store for 2 minutes.

Pour over ham mixture. Stir until combined. Transfer to greased 13 x 9 " baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 5 minutes more.
