1 can pure pumpkin puree
2/3-3/4 cup of sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp cloves
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk (or 1.5 cups of whole coconut milk or other nut milk if you don’t have evaporated milk)
1 unbaked pie crust


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix the eggs , pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices in a large bowl. Slowly stir in evaporated milk. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake in breheated oven for 15 minutes. Without opening the oven turn the temperature down to 350 degrees and bake another 40-45 minutes or until a knife is inserted and comes out clean. I cover the pie crust the entire time its baking.
