32 oz cream cheese
5-6 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
4 oz butter/margarine
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp lemon juice
16 oz sour cream
1 tsp rum
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 c. shredded cococut

Preheat oven 450

Mix all ingredients (except for coconut and pineapple) in a blender until smooth. Mix in cocoocut and pineapple. Place in 9 inch spring-form pan. Put on baking tray with 1 inch of water

Bake for 1 hour.
