6 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. Velvet
6 tbsp. flour
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
2 - 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed, drained, and chopped.

Directions:
Directions:
Place spinach in casserole. Add eggs. Combine flour, and butter, then add to eggs and spinach. Add all cheeses. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
