1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. curry
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. sausage meat
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients. Blend butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, shape into balls and refrigerate.

Meanwhile, shape sausage into small balls and fry until brown over medium heat. Drain. Shape dough into as many pieces as sausage. Shape dough evenly around the sausage balls. Wrap and freeze. At serving time, pre-heat over to 400º. Place balls on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
