6 tbsp butter
3/4 sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 c. water
3 eggs

Preheat oven 425

Bring butter & water to a boil. Reduce heat, add flour all at once, stirring rapidly. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and leaves side of pan. Remove from heat. Add eggs one at at time, stirring well after each addition. Stir until mixture looks satiny and breaks off when spoon is raised. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until brown. Cool and then fill.

1/4 tsp rum extract

*Make this filling ahead of time to let flavors mingle.

Make pudding according to package and add rum extract.
