1 12-ounce bag corn kernels (frozen, thawed)
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
1 green or red pepper (diced)
cup red onion (finely diced)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 10.25-ounce bag Chili Cheese Fritos
to taste pepper

Mix first 6 items together,
Just before serving add the Fritos.
