2 cups Bisquick
4 tablespoons cold butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
cup milk
tsp garlic powder

Topping:
2 tablespoons butter
tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the baking mix with butter using a fork or pastry cutter until the butter is about the size of peas. Add cheese, milk, and garlic powder. Mix by hand until just combined. Drop onto ungreased sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. Brush tops with melted butter and garlic powder.
