Ingredients:  
1 pkg. of deer steak ( or more depending on servings you need)
Flour (as much as needed to dredge deer steak)
Salt and pepper
Oil (for browning steak)
3 cans of cream soup (1 each of mushroom, chicken, and celery)
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, salt, and pepper to taste. Dredge deer steak in flour.
Fry deer steak until it is browned on both sides. Do not cook it all the way.
Place your browned deer steak in the crockpot.
Cut your onion in fairly thick strips and place over deer steak.
Mix together your three soups; pour over top of steak & onions.
May add a little water as you see necessary if the gravy gets too thick.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
Serve over rice or creamed potatoes.
