1 c. cream cheese
3-6 jalapeños
2 c. mixed mozzarella and cheddar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
¾ c. heavy whipping cream
4 chicken breasts
sliced cheddar cheese
thinly cut bacon; cooked

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, mix together, cream cheese, jalapeños, mixed cheese, salt, pepper and cream. Cut parallel slices down the length of each chicken breast, then lay them in a greased skillet. Insert bacon and cheese into chicken, alternating between the two. Season, then spoon dollops of cheesy popper mixture. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes until cheese sauce in bubbling and chicken is fully cooked.
