1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
6 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
⅔ c. beef broth
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in skillet and drain off fat. In larger pan sauté onions in olive oil until translucent, add minced garlic and sauté another minute or two. Add remaining ingredients and bring to simmer. Combine sauce with meat. Pour over your favorite pasta or use for stuffed shells.
