Hard boiled eggs
Mayonnaise
Yellow mustard
Salt and pepper
Curry powder
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolk and collect in a bowl, preserving the white part on a separate plate. Break up yolk with a fork. Add mayonnaise, a little bit of mustard, salt/pepper to taste, and curry powder to taste. Mix in mayo to desired texture and taste. Using a decorator kit, pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with paprika.
