2 cups of cooked chicken or any meat
1 jar (4.5 oz.) of mushrooms, drained
½ cups of onions, sliced (optional)
½ tablespoon of salt
1 cup shredded natural swiss cheese
1½ cups of milk
¾ cup of Bisquick©
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine and blend milk and Bisquick© at high speed for 15 seconds. Heat oven to 400º. Grease lightly a 10" pie plate. Sprinkle in chicken, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese. Pour Bisquick© mixture on top of the dry ingredients. Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes until brown. Cool for 5 minutes and cut. Enjoy!
