Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Roe (fish eggs) from live carp
2 Cups of good oil (not olive oil) canola is good
1 medium chopped onion
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze the lemon over the onion, set aside. First take off the membrane from the roe. Put the roe into the mixer and put it on high speed. If some of the membrane wasn't able to be removed, it'll get stuck in the beaters. Add oil very slowly, so that it stiffens. Add lemon, onion, and salt to taste.

Bubby's Tip: Don't tell people what it's made of, so they won't be afraid to taste it!
Bubby's Tip: If you are short on time, you can use onion powder instead of chopped onion, and vinegar instead of lemon
