1 German Chocolate cake mix (dry)
¾ cup melted margarine
⅓ cup evaporated milk
1 cup of nuts
12 oz chocolate chips
1 package of caramels

Directions:
Mix together cake mix, butter, milk and nuts. Press ½ of the mixture into 9x12 greased pan. Bake 350º for 10-15 minutes while top sprinkle (12oz) pack of chocolate chips over cake pour melted caramels over chocolate chips.
To melt caramels take 1 pack kraft caramels to 1/2 cup of evaporated milk and melt in microwave until completely melted or melt in double boiler. Sprinkle rest of batter over caramels. Bake 350º for 20 minutes.
