1 lb. fresh fish fillets of trout
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 1/2 Tbsps. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning or Nature's seasoning

Spray baking dish with cooking oil. Place fillets of fish in baking dish. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well, and pour over fish. Bake at 400º F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Do not overcook!
