1 Pkg. Yeast (or 4 tsp.)
1 1/4 C. luke warm water
1 Egg
2 T. Sugar
2 T. Oil
2 1/2 C. Flour (Doubled = 5 to 6 Cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water, add sugar, oil, egg and 2 cups flour.
Mix by hand for 1/2 minute. Pour onto floured board and knead
with flour until it isn't sticky.

Place in a greased bowl, cover and let rise twice in size.
Knead down and shape into loaves or rolls. Let rise again. Place in loaf pan or on cookie sheet.

375º oven

If recipe is doubled it will make 3 loaves of bread

For Cinnamon Rolls - Divide dough and roll out to about 1/4 inch spread with melted butter and cinnamon/sugar
mix. Roll up into log, cut about a 1/2 inch rounds until the end. Bake @ 375º until golden brown.
Then put icing on them!

Nannie has made Bigah's cinnamon rolls with all of ya'll. So much fun and lots of flour and icy on the flour, but wonderful memories.
