2 sticks margarine
2⅔ c. sugar
4 ripe bananas
6 eggs
2½ c. buttermilk
5⅓ c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, sugar and bananas.
Add eggs and buttermilk, beat well.
Sift together flour and baking powder.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat until light and fluffy (about 5 minutes)using electric mixer.
Fold in chopped nuts.
Grease and flour 3 pans.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
