3/4 Stick Butter
Sm. Onion, Chopped
3 T. Flour
2 C. Half and Half
1 C. Milk
1 T. Beer (any flavor)
Dash of Salt and Pepper
1 lb. Shrimp cooked and chopped or 1 lb. Crabmeat
Dash of Old Bay Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onion until soft. Mix in flour, add half & half,
milk, beer and seasoning stirring the whole time. Heat until thick stirring
frequently so it does not stick. Add Shrimp and/or Crab last.

Heat through and serve.

Recipe can be doubled.
