Crust:

1 cup butter – softened
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups oatmeal
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon





Filling:

1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce

Topping:

¼ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup oatmeal
½ cup pecans – chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Crust:

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add oatmeal, flour, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly.

Press into well-greased 13x9 inch pan.

Filling:

Spread cranberry sauce on crust.

Topping:

Melt butter and stir in sugar, oatmeal, pecans, vanilla and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top of the cranberry sauce. Press lightly.

Bake at 375ºF for 35-40 minutes. Cool before cutting. Store in airtight container.
