2 lbs Frozen Shredded Hash Browns
1 Stick Butter
1 (16 oz) Sour Cream
1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 Small Onion Chopped
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter with onion until onions are tender, add cheddar cheese soup
mix thawed hash browns and rest of ingredients.

Spread mixture into a 13 X 9 pan and bake @ 350 for 45 minutes

* recipe can be doubled and sometimes I will make it a meal and add diced Ham to it.

This is an Aunt Jenn specialty. She always made it with the Noble ham at the Outer Banks. No one was late for dinner that night for fear there would be none left.
