1 ½ lbs Ground Beef
2 Italian Sausage Links
1 Large Onion Chopped
4 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 Can (10 ¾ ounces) Campbell’s Tomato Soup
1 Can (28 ounces) Ground Peeled Tomatoes
½ Cup Water
2 Cans (19 ounces each) Red Kidney Beans (Drain beans in a strainer and rinse with water)
½ tbsp Chili Powder
¼ tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp thyme
4 Italian Hot Peppers – stemmed and coarsely chopped

Directions:

Cook down Onions and Garlic in skillet
Add Beef and Sausage to skillet and cook until browned
Pour out fat
Add skillet mixture to other ingredients in a crock-pot and stir together
Cook on low for 8-10 hrs, stirring every hour or so

Serving -
Let set an additional half hour on ‘warm’
Serve with shredded cheese, habanera sauce, & oyster crackers
