pound of butter or margarine
2 cups of sugar
6 eggs
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder
teaspoon of salt
cup of milk
4 cups of flour sifted 5 times

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, add milk, butter, salt, and sugar and mix together. Add one egg at a time to the mix. Add lemon juice, vanilla, and baking powder and continue to mix. Add flour. Once mixed add to a greased bundt pan and placed in over at 325 for 90 minutes. Once cake is done, cool and serve with your choice of icing or glaze!
