1 cup of celery
1 small onion
¼ pound of margarine
1 cup flour
1 pint of milk
1 can of crab meat or ½ pound of lump crab meat
1 dash of spicy brown mustard
1 cup of bread crumbs
Pepper to taste
Worcestershire Sauce to taste
Cooking Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and small onion in frying pan with margarine until soft. Add flour and cook. Stir in milk and cook until thick. Once thick, take off range and all crab meat, mustard, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix together. Add bread crumbs to mixture.

Let stand until cool. Shape crab cakes and coat in bread crumbs. Fry in cooking oil until crisp and golden brown.

Once brown, remove from pan and place on napkin to soak up excess oil. Serve with cocktail sauce or tarter sauce. Add a side of coleslaw for added look!
