1 Cup sugar

½ cup butter, 1 cube

2 eggs

3 banana ripe and mashed

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ teaspoon soda

¾ cup chopped walnuts



Directions:

Cream sugar and butter and add eggs
add mashed bananas, add the rest of ingredients

bake at 350º in greased loaf pan for 1 hour.
insert toothpick in center , if clean it is done

you can add chocolate chips if you want
