1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper (coarsely ground)
1 T olive oil
4 lg red potatoes (cubed Ė donít peel)

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together. Toss
potatoes with olive oil. Add dry
ingredients then toss. Spread potatoes
in single layer in pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes
