soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Shred your cabbage up and set it aside. In a large skillet, cook your hamburger meat, season it with salt, pepper, garlic, cumin and ginger. Cook it until it is done. Drain the grease off the meat. Now in a large deep pot put your cabbage and your meat together and sprinkle some more seasonings in the pot to taste and also shake soy sauce in the pot so the cabbage will steam and you will have to do this every now and then. Keep stirring the pot till the cabbage gets done and when it get just about done, then you will dump the 2 cups of cooked rice in to the meat/cabbage mixture and add mix it up and taste it to see if you need to add some more soy sauce or any of the other seasonings.. If you don't need to add anything else you will remove it from the stove and will start rolling your egg rolls. You put about a good size tablespoon amount in each egg roll wrap and roll them up. You will end up making about 80 egg rolls. Then you fry them in a skillet filled with oil. Make sure that your oil is good and hot.

You dip them is Duck sauce! Good eating!
