"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
This is a low carb recipe:

1 pound burger (I use turkey burger)
Onion and garlic
1 medium head of cabbage
1 jar marinara sauce (I use "Simply Ragu")

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the burger with the onion and garlic
Add the marinara sauce and mix well
Add chopped cabbage - do not mix yet
It will look like a lot of cabbage but it "cooks down"
Cover pan with a lid to "steam the cabbage" until tender
Then mix well and it's ready to eat
I usually sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top
