* 4 eggs
* 2¾ cups canned pumpkin
* 1/3 cup sugar
* 2/3 cup brown sugar
* 3/4 tsp salt
* 1½ tsp cinnamon
* 3/4 tsp ginger
* 1/2 tsp cloves
* 1½ cups evaporated milk

Directions:

In a mixing bowl beat eggs slightly, then add remaining ingredients and beat until well mixed and smooth. Pour pumpkin mixture into a 10" pie plate lined with a single layer unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 350º and bake another 50 to 55 Minutes. Do not over bake, the custard should be slightly soft in the very center. Store cooled pie in refrigerator.
