4 eggs
1 c granulated sugar
2 c milk
1/4 t vanilla
3 T oleo
2 c coconut (I use less)
1/2 c flour
greased pie pan

Put all in blender or mix in bowl by hand. Mix well. Pour into greased pie pan and bake 350º 1 hour. Makes its own crust and tastes like custard pie! Amazing, Delicious and Easy!!
