Ingredients:  
1 c. Butter
2 C. Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
c. chopped pecans
3 c. Mashed Sweet Potatoes
2 c. Flour
tsp Nutmeg
3 Eggs

FROSTING
1 Stick Butter
1 large can milk
1 c. Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
3 drops vanilla
⅓ c. Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter, Pour in sugar gradually. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat well after each egg. Add mashed sweet potatoes, vanilla and spices. Add Flour, nuts. Put in layers and bake at 350 degrees until done.

FROSTING:
Combine milk, sugar, butter, egg yolks and vanilla in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat about 12 minutes, stirring constantly until thickens. Remove from heat, add coconut. Beat until cool and spread on by layers.
