2 c. Sugar
3 c. Carrots shredded
1 c. Oil
2 c. Flour
1 c. Pecans
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Baking soda
1 sm. can Crushed Pineapple
4 Eggs

Icing:
I Box Powder Sugar
1 Stick butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 c. Pecans chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all your dry ingredients together, then start adding your eggs, oil then your pineapple. When you have it thoroughly mixed put it in your cake pans and bake it at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Take your layers out and cool.

Icing:
Cream your soften butter and cream cheese together. Add your vanilla and then gradually add your powdered sugar in until smooth. After all the powdered sugar has been added then stir in your pecans. Ice your layers after they have cooled. Enjoy!
