7 cup flour
cup brown sugar (packed)
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
1 cup warm water
2 cup rolled oats
2 cup water
1 cup molasses
cup butter or oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix the warm water with the 2 tsp. sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over top and set aside til foamy. Meanwhile, boil the 2 cups of water and add the rolled oats, molasses, butter, salt and brown sugar. Remove from heat and let cool to a lukewarm. Once cooled, add to the yeast mixture. Add the flour, 1 cup at a time, beating after each cup. Knead for 10 minutes. Cover and let raise for 10 minutes then divide into 2 loaves. Place in greased loaf pans and cover. Let raise 30-40 minutes. Preheat oven to 400. Bake for 20 minutes then cover with foil and bake for another 20-25 minutes until they sound hollow when knocked on. Brush the tops with butter as soon as they come out of oven.
