Icing


Ingredients:

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. veg oil
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. cocoa
1 Large bottle red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and oil, add eggs and mix well.
Mix cocoa, vinegar and food coloring in a small bowl.
Add the small bowl mixture to the sugar mixture .
Add flour, salt, soda, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat with mixer really well.
Pour mixture into 3 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes.
Let cool before icing/.

ICING

1 stick margarine (I use butter)
1 box powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all well with mixer.
