1 cup warm water
2 tsp. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
1 cup water
⅔ cup butter
⅔ cup milk
cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs (beaten)
5-6 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix the 2 tsp, of sugar with the warm water. Sprinkle yeast over top and let sit until foamy. Meanwhile, in a pot, warm the water, milk and butter. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Stir in the sugar and salt and set aside to cool to a lukewarm. Once cooled down add to the yeast mixture. Mix in the eggs and 2 cups of flour. Beat until smooth then add the remaining flour, 1 cup at a time, beating smooth after each cup is added. Dough should be a bit sticky. Knead 10 minutes then cover to raise until doubled in size. About 1 hour. Punch down and divide into rolls. cover to raise until doubled again. About 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400. and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and sound hollow when knocked on. Brush with some melted butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
