1 pkg dry ranch style-dressing mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg Jiffy corn bread mix, prepared as directed
1 can pinto beans with jalapenos, rinsed and drained
1 medium size green bell pepper, chopped
1 can (15-1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
2 large tomatoes, chopped
10 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
6 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing mix, sour cream and mayonnaise; set aside. Crumble half corn bread into a large trifle dish or clear glass bowl. Add layers of half beans, bell pepper, sour cream mixture, corn, tomatoes, bacon, cheese and green onions. Repeat the layer once more with remaining half of each ingredient except sour cream mixture. "Frost" top of salad with remaining sour cream mixture. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Just wonderful with everything on hot summer days.
