1 cup Shortening
1½ cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2¾ cup Flour
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp, Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt
Cinnamon and Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs. Add cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Then add in flour and mix until well blended. Roll dough into small balls, then roll the dough balls into the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes on a greased cookie sheet.
