2 Eggs
1 c. Butter
2 ½ c. Cake Flour
1 c. Butter Milk
1 tbsp. Cocoa
2 Bottles Red Food Color
2 c. Sugar
½ tsp. Vanilla

ICING
1 c. Milk
1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Butter
2 tsp. Flour
1 c. Coconut
1 c. Pecan
Directions:
Directions:
Mix your eggs, butter, cocoa and sugar together. Add your flour milk and food coloring and vanilla. Pour into your cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool cake layers then ice
.

Icing:
Mix milk, sugar, vanilla and flour together and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickens. Remove from heat add coconut and pecans and ice cake layers.
