Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes-cooked well (oven)
2 cups(8oz) shredded Colby-Jack cheese or Cheddar
6-8 bacon slices cooked and crumbled( the already cooked bacon in a box works great!)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
1/2 tsp. Pepper
garlic salt - a good shake!

Directions:
Directions:
Take cooked potatoes(if you used foil you can leave it on. I prefer it this way b/c it makes it easier to refill) and cut in 1/2 and dig out cooked potato Insides, but be careful not to get too close to side or skin will break.
Put in mixing bowl and add the butter, bacon, sour cream, cheese, pepper, onion powder, and garlic
salt. After mixing well and seasoned the way you like..spoon mixture back into the potatoes and put in a baking dish. If you have extra cheese... top it on each potato. Bake about 15 minutes

Personal Notes:
I usually double this and put in the freezer. They freeze well!
