Cocoa
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup bourbon
2 ounces unsweet chocolate (melted)
8 ounces unsalted butter (melted)
1 /3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease tube pan
use cocoa instead of flour to coat the pan
Sift flour, baking soda, salt

In a double boiler - coffee, bourbon, chocolate, and butter

Remove from heat and stir in sugar

Add to flour mixture. Add the eggs and vanilla

Bake at 275 degrees for 90 minutes
Cool completely to dislodge

Serve with whipped cream
