Ingredients:  
2 heads of broccoli washed, dried, and broke into small pieces
1/3 cup diced onion
1/2 cup raisins
6 slices of bacon well cooked and crumbled
2/3 cup cashews (or salted peanuts)

Dressing:
1 cup hellmans mayo
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the broccoli and onion in the serving bowl and put in refrigerator
Put bacon and raisins and nuts in a separate bowl in fridge also.
Combine the dressing ingredients and beat good and put this in fridge also.
10 or so minutes before serving beat the dressing and pour over the broccoli mix well and then add nuts, raisins, and bacon and stir again.
