2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick of softened butter
1 cup pure pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degree
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in medium bowl. Beat sugar and butter in large mixing bowl until well blended. Beat in pumpkin, egg and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Drop in round tablespoons onto greased baking sheets. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Cool for two minutes then drizzle glaze over cookies.


Glaze: Combine 2 cups powdered sugar, 3 Tbsp milk and 1 Tbsp melted butter with 1 tsp vanilla in small bowl until smooth.
