½ c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. Cream of tartar
½ tsp. salt
2 eggs
3¼ c. flour
½ tsp. soda
1 c. milk
4 c. blueberries ( fresh or frozen)
Cinnamon sugar mixture
Melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add 2 eggs, while together. Mix flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt in a bowl. Mix 1 c. milk and flour mixture alternately until all mixed in to make batter. Lightly coat blueberries with flour (about 1 T.) Fold berries into batter gently. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mix on top. Bake at 350º for 45 min. Check middle with toothpick to make sure done. May take a little longer, as depends on how moist your blueberries are.
Spread 2 T. melted butter on top. Serve with cool whip or ice cream.

I got this recipe almost 35 years ago when I went to visit my sister in Oak Harbor, WA. We went and picked the blueberries at a farm. We froze the blueberries and then made this dessert.
