64 oz (1893 ml) ripe tomatoes
3 cups celery, chopped
2 cups onion, chopped
¼ cup pickling salt
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
2 tbsp mustard seed
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 - 16 oz can tomato paste

Directions:
Directions:
Put ripe tomatoes, celery, onion, and pickling salt in a large pot or bowl. Let stand overnight. Drain thoroughly (use a colander). Put in a pot and add sugar, vinegar, mustard seed, and cayenne. Cook until celery is tender, about 20 minutes. Add green pepper and tomato paste. Cook until green peppers are soft, about 10 minutes. Put in jars to seal.
