Russett Potatoes
1 cup sour cream
Milk
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bake @ 400 degrees for 1 hr. Cut tops off diagonally and scoop out everything. Use electric beater and mash potatoes. Add 1 cup sour cream (or 2 Tablespoons per potato) instead of milk. Add a little margarine and milk if a little dry. Re-stuff the potatoes and add shredded cheddar cheese on top. Re-bake @ 350 degrees for 30 mins.
