3 lbs chicken wings, cut into 2 pieces (discard tips)
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp dry mustard
3/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange wings in shallow baking dish. In saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, butter, mustard and water and heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cool. Pour over wings and marinate for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Place in a 350 oven and bake 45 minutes to an hour, turning and basting occasionally with sauce. Drain on paper towel and serve.
