4 chicken breasts (whole)
1 package corn tortillas, torn in quarters
3/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 small can chopped green chiles
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Layer tortillas, then chicken pieces, sauce and cheese and repeat. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Note: Simmer chicken in about 1 1/2 cups water with salt and pepper until done and tender. Drain and let it cool before tearing it into strips.
