3 lb chicken wings
1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven 400

Line large shallow baking pan with aluminum foil. Cut wings at each joint. Discard tips. Melt butter flavor Crisco in lined pan. Combine flour, onion salt and pepper in plastic bag. Add chicken pieces, a few at a time, and shake to coat. Place in pan.

Bake 25 minutes. Turn chicken wings over and bake an additional 20-25 minutes or until crispy. Drain on paper towel.
