1 1/2 lbs sweet & hot Italian sausage
1 (16 oz) can of tomatoes, drained
4 c. canned beans
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp prepared mustard
few drops Tabasco
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325

Crumble sausage and fry over low heat until just cooked through. Drain and add to casserole dish. Drain tomatoes and crush them, then add to casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients to casserole dish and stir to combine.

Bake for 1 hour, covered, then remove cover and bake an additional 20 -30 minutes
